The Weatherford Noon Lions Club donated $200 to Freedom House
$200 to Center of Hope for Thanksgiving meals
$200 each to TEN (10) local nursing homes for Christmas Gifts
$1000 to CPS for Christmas Gifts.

Weatherford Noon recycled 124 pairs of eyeglasses, donated $125 to the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation sponsoring a hole for their golf tournament, and donated $250 to Relay for Life.
In March the club presented Lion Dr. Charles Swancy a plaque for his dedication and support of the Weatherford Noon Lions Club for 61 years of service.
Lions Gail Tilley, E. D. Rains, Donna Leach, Michele Snow, Parrish McCormick, Mary Crabb, Philip O?Neal, and Denise Blue volunteered their time to help set up for Weatherford High School Hall of Fame which was sponsored by Weatherford Noon Lions Club on February 21

Weatherford Noon donated $500 to the American Red Cross.
Lion Lonna Leach took 65 pairs of eyeglasses to Mid-Winter Conference for recycling.
Programs included PDG Rick Stoorza; Joel Kleven, Chiropractor; and Phil King, State Representative.

Five members participated in the Fair for Recycling. 930 pairs of eyeglasses were donated.
The Drug Awareness Council poster contest is under way as is Fantasy Forest Christmas tree decorating.
